Lead quality initiatives and manage compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to ensure consistent compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Statistical Process Control (SPC) across manufacturing operations to monitor and improve product quality.
• Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Facilitate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks in design and process stages.
• Supervise and mentor a team of quality engineers and technicians while managing supplier quality through audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory standards.
• Hands-on experience with SPC, CAPA, and FMEA methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality planning methodologies and statistical methods.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification.
