Description

Lead quality assurance and automation for Salesforce applications, owning the testing strategy, pipeline integration, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into Salesforce deployments.
• Perform regression, performance, and load testing to ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define comprehensive test plans.
• Lead defect triage meetings and mentor junior QA engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com and testing methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
