Description

This role focuses on designing and implementing automated quality assurance throughout the entire application development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests across the application development lifecycle.
• Create, develop, and maintain automated test sets and testing strategies for various products.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to define requirements and contribute to test design.
• Work with Support and Escalation teams to replicate and identify root causes of customer issues.
• Analyze and document defects found during automated testing, proactively identifying test gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software system testing or equivalent.
• Proficiency in System testing with a strong emphasis on end-to-end Automation.
• Hands-on automation experience with Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience qualifying enterprise products on cloud and container platforms including AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Familiarity with VMware, Disaster recovery, and Data protection concepts.
• Familiarity with SAN or NAS systems.
• Ability to independently deploy and maintain test environments.
• Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
