Description

You own the quality assurance across the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
• Conduct regression testing and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Perform manual testing within Salesforce GovCloud and external system integrations.
• Create and maintain necessary automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to troubleshoot issues and improve quality processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience, including 1.5–2 years specifically in Salesforce.
• Strong manual testing skills in Salesforce and integrations.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining test plans for Salesforce.
• Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA customizations and data structures.
• Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce GovCloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to deliver quality projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Provar or other automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Classic components.
