Description

You will own the quality strategy and automation framework for mobile applications, collaborating directly with Product, Design, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance UI automation frameworks using Espresso (Android) and XCUITest (iOS).
• Write and maintain scalable, reusable automated test scripts across iOS and Android platforms.
• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines to detect regressions early in the development cycle.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests to verify application reliability.
• Analyze requirements for technical feasibility and define test strategies with backend teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical experience in software quality assurance.
• Minimum 3 years of mobile app automation experience with Appium, Monkey Talk, Selendroid, or Katalon.
• Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin for scripting and debugging.
• Strong API testing experience using Postman or IntelliJ HTTP Client.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Splunk, Sentry, or Console.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools for iOS and Android.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software deployment lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mocking strategies to inject testing earlier in the development process.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects.
