Senior Quality Engineering Lead

Lead end-to-end testing programs and drive quality engineering excellence across projects and portfolios. You will orchestrate transformation initiatives, embedding modern QE practices to ensure seamless, predictable test delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive QE transformation by adopting modern automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Business, PMs, Development, and Operations.
• Embed best practices across the testing lifecycle to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members while managing performance and talent development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation.
• Hands-on expertise with UFT, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI implementations.
• Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics and Data Validation.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), Agile, and DevOps.
• Proven experience in manufacturing domain.
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
