Description

You will build and maintain market models and data pipelines in a greenfield environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement data onboarding processes, including ETL and web scraping.
• Develop and maintain fundamental market models for supply and demand.
• Build and maintain price-based analytics, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Manage database solutions and implement best practices for data transformation and storage.
• Assess data quality and explore new datasets for valuable insights.

Required Skills

• Very strong Python programming skills with high code hygiene.
• Experience developing and testing data processes such as ETL, scraping, and transformation.
• Proficiency with distributed compute frameworks like Spark to handle large data volumes.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud solutions.
• Ability to build and deploy containerized solutions.
• Experience building visuals using Plotly or Dash.
• Solid source control practices and experience with CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Knowledge of best practices for back testing models.
• Experience working with financial markets or time-series datasets.
