Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of QuickBase applications supporting the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) for DC Child and Family Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse, managing large dataset pipelines and pagination.
• Gather user requirements, create process flow diagrams, develop user stories, and manage stakeholder feedback loops.
• Streamline business processes through iterative solution design to eliminate waste and improve user experience.
• Produce advanced technical documentation, including design and configuration artifacts.
• Develop accessible user interfaces using CSS and HTML.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solutions development.
• Proficiency with QuickBase platform features and updates.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Ability to use CSS and HTML for UI development, adhering to accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with project tracking using JIRA or similar tools.
• Experience with version control using GitHub.
• Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps (ADO) or similar development tools.
• Experience with Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio or equivalents).
• Previous experience in Health and Human Services solutions or complex process environments.
