Description

You will drive technology and product development within the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division through technical leadership and architectural decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions for embedded products by evaluating technical and business trade-offs.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, including requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Solve complex industrial problems by selecting effective applications, equipment, and methods for new products or software.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide expert technical assistance to R&D teams.
• Develop project IP strategies and manage risks within R&D projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems architecture and design.
• Proven track record in embedded software programming using C/C++.
• Deep knowledge of Embedded Linux or relevant operating systems such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, Green Hills, or QNX.
• Hands-on experience with MQTT, Sparkplug B, or similar protocols.
• Demonstrable experience in a lead position with technical management of at least one other engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node JS.
• Knowledge of React.
