Responsibilities

• Lead a development team through technical implementation and guidance.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.
• Integrate backend logic and functionality using Python.
• Write and execute automated tests using Cypress.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and workflows.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience implementing end-to-end testing with Cypress.
• Proven experience leading a technical team.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a lead or senior engineering capacity.
• Strong background in full-stack development with Python and React.
