About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tools.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of component-driven architecture, state management, performance optimization, and scalable UI design. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, modular, and reusable UI components using React.js and related libraries.

Build high-quality, scalable, and performant web interfaces that meet design and functional requirements.

Integrate frontend logic with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and manage application state effectively.

Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO.

Implement unit testing and end-to-end testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Contribute to architecture decisions, tooling improvements, and process automation.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in React, JavaScript, and front-end development ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with 3+ years in React.js.

Strong knowledge of:

React.js (Hooks, Context API, Suspense, Error Boundaries)

Next.js or Remix (SSR/SSG concepts)

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

Redux / Zustand / Recoil for state management

RESTful and GraphQL APIs

HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design

Experience with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel).

Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with React Query, TanStack Router, or similar libraries.

Exposure to MUI / Tailwind / Chakra UI or other modern component libraries.

Understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CORS).

Experience with Docker or containerized environments.

Knowledge of Node.js for basic backend integration or SSR rendering.

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress).
