Description

Lead front-end architecture and build complex, reusable React applications with a focus on performance and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality, performant front-end applications and complex reusable components.
• Drive state management patterns using Redux and ensure predictable data flows in large-scale apps.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle JSON payloads, and optimize network interactions for efficiency.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and improve test coverage using Jest, React Testing Library, and Enzyme.
• Partner with designers to build responsive, accessible UIs using semantic HTML5 and modern CSS.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including 4+ years focused on React.js at scale.
• Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript with deep knowledge of ES6+ patterns and React internals.
• Proven experience with Redux, component composition, and custom hooks.
• Strong front-end fundamentals: semantic HTML, modern CSS (including SASS), responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG/ADA).
• Hands-on testing experience (unit, integration, E2E) with Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme, including CI integration.
• Proficiency with Git workflows and comfort with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and optimizing network interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with component libraries and design systems.
