Description

You will lead the development of web-based software solutions and mentor frontend developers within an Agile Scrum environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new software systems.
• Mentor junior and frontend engineers through code reviews and continuous feedback.
• Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements and participate in software design meetings.
• Resolve errors and optimize code performance as a technical expert.
• Research new technologies and document best practices for the team.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of frontend web experience building web applications.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience with React and Redux.
• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, Node.js, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience developing reusable components within an established design system.
• Strong command of semantic HTML and CSS using SASS or LESS.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and large-scale application architecture.
• Expertise in browser testing, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficient in UI/UX design principles, layout aesthetics, and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of webpack and various open-source tools.
