Lead the architectural analysis and technical optimization of a large-scale React Native super app.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deconstruct and document the existing architecture of a large React Native codebase.
• Lead the integration of iOS-native modules and optimize the bridge between Swift/Objective-C and React Native.
• Implement and fine-tune iOS-native speech recognition using Apple Speech Framework and Core ML.
• Define and enforce modular design, architectural best practices, and scalable code structures.
• Conduct technical deep-dives and lead knowledge transfer sessions across engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of React Native development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C with deep knowledge of iOS internals.
• Hands-on experience with Apple’s Speech Framework and Core ML for speech tuning.
• Expertise in iOS design patterns including MVC, MVVM, and VIPER.
• Experience with reverse engineering and architectural analysis of large codebases.
• Familiarity with iOS performance tools such as Instruments and Xcode Profiler.
• Proven experience in dialect testing and speech model optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with App Store deployment and TestFlight workflows.
• Contributions to open-source iOS or React Native projects.
