Description

You will lead the development of complex mobile application features using React Native.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to unit testing and documentation.
• Deliver complex application features and resolve critical technical issues independently.
• Ensure long-term code reusability, stability, and proactive resolution of security or usability issues.
• Mentor new software engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage accurate personal estimations and follow established release processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, including types, interfaces, and generics.
• Deep understanding of React Native components, hooks, and navigation patterns.
• Advanced state management experience using Redux, Zustand, or React Context.
• Ability to bridge and work with native modules for both Android and iOS.
• Working knowledge of Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Obj-C) project structures.
• Proficiency with the RN build pipeline, including Metro bundler, Gradle, and Xcode.
• Experience with code signing, CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions), and Fastlane.
• Competency in performance optimization and debugging tools like Flipper and Hermes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
• Familiarity with analytics and crash reporting tools such as Firebase or Sentry.
