Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and production deployment of mobile applications using React Native.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize application state management and navigation flows.
• Integrate with native device APIs and write custom native modules.
• Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across iOS and Android platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of app deployment, versioning, and store submission.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile development, including React Native and native mobile.
• Proven experience delivering at least 2 React Native apps to production.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+, asynchronous programming, and module systems.
• Expertise in React fundamentals: components, hooks, and state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Proficiency in bridging and writing custom native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Practical experience with React Native navigation, animations, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest/React Native Testing Library and ESLint.
• Understanding of app store deployment processes (Gradle Play, TestFlight).
• Experience migrating legacy native applications to React Native.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zustand for state management.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
