Description

You will lead the development of complex web applications during the transition from a monolithic .NET architecture to a modern headless setup.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of complex application features from conception to delivery.
• Drive frontend development with a strategic view of project architecture.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, project leads, and designers to define service boundaries.
• Mentor developers and enforce modern frontend best practices and code quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues regarding security, usability, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven track record of leading frontend projects successfully.
• Ability to read and understand .NET framework code.
• Familiarity with .NET environments and Sitecore.
• Solid experience with automated testing.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCSS and Storybook.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted tools in peer coding workflows.
• Experience with React Native.
