Description

You will lead the development of scalable web applications and mentor junior developers.

You will own the full lifecycle of React-based features, from component design to performance optimization and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable user interfaces and components using React.js.
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.
• Manage complex application states using Redux, MobX, or Context API.
• Perform code reviews to maintain high code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product management and back-end teams to solve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of software development experience.
• Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), including closures, async/await, hooks, and the Context API.
• Deep understanding of React fundamentals: virtual DOM, props, lifecycle, and React Router.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries such as styled-components.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and back-end development skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Ability to implement responsive and accessible UI/UX designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
