You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with US-based hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Willingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours (EST time zones).
