You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles within the APAC market.
• Source and vet candidates specialized in Big Data, Cloud, SAP, and RPA domains.
• Manage candidate pipelines to meet immediate hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for key technical skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring for Big Data technologies.
• Deep understanding of Cloud computing talent markets.
• Experience sourcing and placing SAP professionals.
• Specialization in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Ability to join the team immediately.
