Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for senior and leadership roles within the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including proactive search and sourcing partnership.
• Partner with senior-level stakeholders across multiple domains to drive talent acquisition strategy.
• Execute and manage TA projects from inception to completion.
• Mentor and coach junior team members through frequent, honest feedback.
• Use recruitment data to advise leadership and preemptively identify hiring bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven ability to act independently and solve complex problems.
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition philosophy and strategy.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Experience managing diverse recruitment portfolios, including leadership positions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive project implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
