Description

You will lead recruitment efforts for the Industrials, Fintech, and Technology practices, managing end-to-end talent acquisition cycles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for senior and lead-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline the selection process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates in target domains.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and pipeline status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in executive search and permanent placements.
• Experience recruiting for Industrials, Fintech, and Technology sectors.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with external search firms or in a hybrid agency-corporate model.
• Existing network of candidates in Fintech or Industrial technology domains.
