Senior Red Hat Linux Administrator Consultant

You will provide expert-level administration and consultancy for Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, including Red Hat Satellite and Identity Management.
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Execute load balancing, disaster recovery, and performance tuning protocols.
• Respond onsite within 24 hours when required.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT with 10+ years specifically in Linux administration.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Proficiency in Ansible, Bash, and Python for automation.
• Verifiable Red Hat certification (RHCSA or RHCE).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with load balancing and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Apache, Elasticsearch, Progress DB, or vSphere.
• AIX administration experience.
