Description

You will administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, focusing on automation, performance tuning, and high availability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Implement load balancing, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies.
• Manage Red Hat Satellite and identity management systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in IT with deep hands-on Linux experience.
• Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Proficiency in automation tools: Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Red Hat Satellite and identity management.
• Familiarity with load balancing and disaster recovery setups.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Apache, Elasticsearch, Progress DB, or vSphere.
• Red Hat Certified (RHCSA or RHCE) with verifiable ID.
• AIX administration experience.
