Description

You will manage compliance policies, documentation, and regulatory monitoring for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Update compliance policies and procedures to ensure all content remains current.
• Maintain the compliance intranet site as an educational and informational resource.
• Assist managers with the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
• Monitor regulatory agency activities and report findings to managers, directors, and business units.
• Maintain all electronic files, reports, and filed documents related to compliance activities.
• Provide oversight, analysis, and guidance to employees and business units regarding compliance documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of regulatory and compliance experience.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Master's Degree.
