Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and support of reinsurance business system requirements and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements from SMEs into detailed Functional Specifications.
• Understand application functionality and support project milestone delivery alongside the Senior IT Manager.
• Troubleshoot production support issues, documenting root causes and resolutions.
• Develop test scenarios, execute tests, and validate results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data experience with demonstrated proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with ETL transformations and data mapping.
• Knowledge of Reinsurance and Reinsurance platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, including speed and proficiency.
• Ability to understand end-to-end data flows.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management skills.
