Description

You will own the overall CI/CD strategy and drive build and deployment solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with development, engineering, and operations teams to define technical requirements for the CI/CD strategy.
• Enhance Developer Experience by simplifying existing Build and Code Promotion processes.
• Review current tools and processes, identifying gaps and implementing improvements across build and deploy pipelines.
• Develop standards and practices for deployments and create reusable interfaces for consumers.
• Collaborate on Kubernetes-based build and deployment strategies and orchestration models.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains, including expert knowledge of Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience building and running complete CI/CD pipelines on native or virtualized infrastructure.
• Experience with Build and Assembly technologies such as Gradle, Maven, Conan, or MSBuild.
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments (e.g., Helm chart creation).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Groovy, or PowerShell.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Go Lang.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile, and lean philosophies.
• Extensive experience providing architectural direction to project development teams.
