Description

Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage product deployment initiatives across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Oversee the release calendar, conducting readiness, milestone, and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Identify and escalate delivery impediments, risks, and changes to maintain scope and quality.
• Implement quality control systems throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technology teams to mature DevOps processes and improve engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Release Management or related roles.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GIT.
• Hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps processes, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage software packaging and delivery.
• Experience supporting distributed release teams.
• Availability for after-hours and on-call work as required by the release cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Deployment Automation tools.
