Description

You will manage release lifecycles and service transitions within a finance industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute service transition processes using ITIL and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to maintain system stability.
• Manage application development and testing workflows, including unit, functional, performance, and stress/load testing.
• Analyze and interpret technical data to deliver reports to both engineering teams and management.

Required Skills

• ITIL certification with expertise in Service Transition.
• DevOps or Agile certification.
• ServiceNow experience as a power user, developer, or administrator.
• Azure cloud computing proficiency.
• Security expertise in access control and authorization.
• Experience with distributed technologies including AIX, Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
• Automation and scripting skills in Python, Ansible, JavaScript, or Java.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with WebSphere, .Net, Lotus Notes, Java, and SOA.
• Database management experience with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Progress, or Teradata.
• Experience with WSS, BAW, or Pega.
