Description

Lead the Agile Release Train to improve technical practices, alignment, and delivery outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART retrospectives, backlog management, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate release planning and execution across the ART, ensuring alignment with product vision.
• Manage initiatives crossing multiple release trains and support cross-team collaboration.
• Coach teams on Agile processes, Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe implementation.
• Engage Director-level stakeholders to influence decisions and resolve impediments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager.
• Deep understanding of Lean thinking, Systems Thinking, and SAFe scaling framework.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without authority and facilitate complex coordination.
• Experience leading teams in delivering quality software within Agile organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a servant leadership mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ experience, or 8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other advanced SAFe certifications.
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management facilitation at program or executive levels.
