Description

You will build and implement a comprehensive reliability program from the ground up for assembly, test, machining, and military development operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliability policies, procedures, and best practices across all relevant departments.
• Lead FMEA sessions and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify failure modes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain reliability models and simulations to predict system behavior and potential failures.
• Oversee predictive maintenance testing, including vibration analysis, infrared, and ultrasonic methods.
• Perform lifecycle analysis on critical systems and present cost-savings and life-cycle improvement data to management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering, ideally within the aerospace industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related Engineering field.
• Expertise in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Proficiency in reliability modeling and simulation tools.
• Experience developing maintenance strategies and reliability programs from scratch.
• Ability to conduct detailed reliability analysis of assembly, testing, and machining operations.
• Strong capability in data analysis and technical reporting for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience designing and implementing a reliability program from the ground up.
