Description

You manage the design, deployment, and lifecycle of the Sovereign Cloud Shared Management Services foundational platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive backup and disaster recovery drills to ensure failure readiness.
• Improve foundation and provisioning approaches by creating best practices for SMS.
• Design global-scale infrastructure management concepts with global teams and hyperscaler partners.
• Define and execute technical tasks independently within assigned functional areas.
• Produce documentation for processes, procedures, and system landscapes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or operations.
• Technical knowledge of Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience supporting cloud services using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Git.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex authentication issues.
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce clear process and procedure documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP and the SAP solution portfolio.
• Experience with PowerShell.
