Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for Reltio MDM applications, resolving data, workflow, and API issues within SLA timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and implement minor enhancements.
• Manage merge/unmerge activities, steward tasks, and data quality validation rules.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations using Reltio REST APIs and Export Jobs.
• Customize web application enhancements using Java and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, Match & Merge, and Survivorship rules.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Reltio REST APIs, Workflows, and Reference Data Management.
• Ability to handle Application Maintenance and Production Support (L2/L3).
• Knowledge of Java and version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Web APIs and custom web application development.
• Experience with environment support across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
