Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Management Engineer with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and hands-on experience implementing solutions within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement MDM solutions to create a single source of truth (Golden Record) for Customer, Product, or Vendor domains. You will be a key contributor in integrating MDM platforms with AWS native services, building automated data pipelines, and ensuring data quality across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of MDM platforms (e.g., Reltio).
• Architect and maintain integrations between MDM systems and AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Dynamo, MSK/Kinesis) to ensure scalable data ingestion and distribution.
• Design master data models, define match/merge rules, survivorship, and data quality checks.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to transform source data into MDM-ready structures.
• Work with data stewards, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical MDM solutions.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services / cloud.
• Proficiency in Python.
• SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
• Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and data transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating business questions into data science problems.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR requirement).

Preferred Skills:

• Informatica MDM knowledge or experience
