Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of multi-dimensional reports and business intelligence solutions. You will translate business requirements and data models into functional reporting solutions using Cognos or OBIEE.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom reports using BI tools like Cognos or OBIEE.
• Prepare designs and code for custom reporting objects following industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements, relational databases, and data models into functional reporting solutions.
• Author installation specifications, execute unit testing, and manage all project documentation.
• Facilitate and contribute to client demonstration sessions and workshops.

Required Skills

• 10-18 years of experience in reporting and business intelligence development.
• Expertise in designing and deploying multi-dimensional reports using Cognos or OBIEE.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of database concepts and Data Warehousing principles.
• Experience with performance tuning to ensure reports meet functional parameters.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills for data modeling and requirement gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating Excel-based and RTF template-based OBIEE reports.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and pharmacovigilance domain exposure.
