Drive revenue management and operational strategy through data analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity metrics, revenue attainment, and pipeline health to communicate trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and revenue forecasting models.
• Manage the Deal Desk for high-revenue transactions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and Salesforce dashboards.
• Gather business requirements and create technical documentation for development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a sales/account management organization or an operations team supporting these functions.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing critical sales and account management projects.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating insights to leadership.
• Commitment to data integrity and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesloft, Zoominfo, Marketo, or Workato.
