Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Retail Management Systems, ensuring performance and security standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale Retail Management Systems.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications for the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine request feasibility and resource estimation.
• Participate in full lifecycle projects from requirement gathering through to production support.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, architecture, or design.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Working knowledge of C programming for troubleshooting Pro*C batch issues.
• Experience with batch and integration application performance tuning.
• Ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian stack.
• B.E in CS or IT.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java or .NET.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting batch schedules via Control-M.
