Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop plugins and interfaces to integrate Festo End-of-Arm Tools with industrial robotic ecosystems (FANUC, ABB, UR).
• Design and enhance GripperAI for model-free grasping in 24/7 industrial environments.
• Work on CAD-based matching, continuous learning systems, and real-time sensor fusion for robotic perception.
• Build and optimize datasets and end-to-end training pipelines for robotics and AI models.
• Prototype advanced AI approaches such as Vision-Language-Action models for robotic manipulation.
• Ensure reliable deployment of robotics solutions in industrial environments with focus on latency, robustness, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain computer vision and robotic manipulation algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics solutions into production systems.
• Test and validate robotic systems in real-world industrial scenarios.
• Improve system performance through optimization of perception and control pipelines.

Experience Required:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Robotics, AI, or related engineering domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with robotics software development using ROS/ROS2 or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in Python and C++ programming for robotics and AI systems.
• Experience in computer vision, robotic manipulation, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of sensor fusion and real-time perception systems.
• Experience working with industrial robots such as FANUC, ABB, or Universal Robots (UR) is preferred.
• Exposure to bin picking, grasp planning, or point cloud processing is highly desirable.
• Experience deploying robotics systems in real-world or industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills in robotics/AI domains
