Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI-driven robotic systems for industrial environments, focusing on manipulation, perception, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop plugins and interfaces to integrate Festo End-of-Arm Tools with industrial robotic ecosystems (FANUC, ABB, UR).
• Design and enhance GripperAI for model-free grasping, including CAD-based matching and continuous learning systems.
• Build and optimize end-to-end training pipelines and datasets for robotics and AI models.
• Prototype advanced AI approaches, such as Vision-Language-Action models, for robotic manipulation.
• Ensure reliable deployment of robotics solutions with a focus on latency, robustness, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Robotics, AI, or related engineering domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with robotics software development using ROS/ROS2.
• Expertise in Python and C++ programming for robotics and AI systems.
• Experience in computer vision, robotic manipulation, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of sensor fusion and real-time perception systems.
• Experience deploying robotics systems in real-world or industrial environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with industrial robots such as FANUC, ABB, or Universal Robots (UR).
• Exposure to bin picking, grasp planning, or point cloud processing.
