You will design, build, and maintain high-scale distributed applications in an agile team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, performance-sensitive Ruby on Rails services handling tens of millions of daily requests.
• Develop mid-tier services using service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Document, test, and modify systems to ensure stability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency with Ruby and Python.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub and version control.
• Experience working with Postgres and other relational databases.
• Practical experience with Linux and Vim.
• Hands-on experience using Agile development methods.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript and other frontend technologies.
