Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath automation solutions.

Manage the full automation lifecycle from requirement analysis through to deployment and maintenance. Design resilient bots using UiPath REFramework with structured exception handling and detailed logging. Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Document Understanding (DU) to handle unstructured data. Configure AI Assistant and Action Center to enable human-in-the-loop automation. Mentor a team of 2-3 members and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Expertise in UiPath automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IDP and Document Understanding.
• Proficiency using AI Fabric and AI Activities for workflow intelligence.
• Experience with UiPath REFramework.
• Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Any Graduate degree.
