Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable UiPath automation solutions for complex enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for enterprise-level applications.
• Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using GitHub.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead.
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
• Strong expertise in API development, integration, web services, and complex SQL queries.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, iterative development, and rapid prototyping.
