Description

You will own the design, development, and leadership of enterprise-grade RPA automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for complex, enterprise applications.
• Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using GitHub.
• Oversee Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• At least 5 years experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead.
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
• Proficient in full software lifecycle development, including source control and iterative development.
• Strong expertise in API development, integration, web services, and complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in full SDLC, including prototyping and source control.
