Description

You will lead the migration of RPA processes from Blue Prism to UiPath, developing and testing automation workflows while mentoring junior developers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration of existing RPA processes from Blue Prism to UiPath.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using both UiPath and Blue Prism platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical training on automation best practices.
• Ensure code quality and performance across C#, .NET, Python, and JavaScript implementations.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in UiPath and Blue Prism for RPA development.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath certification.
• Blue Prism certification.
