Description

You will own the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full RPA project lifecycle with minimal supervision, including analysis, design, programming, and testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex automation workflows, web integrations, and legacy application connections.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and design specifications for all automated solutions.
• Lead small-to-medium-sized projects or specific components of larger automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA or relevant technical areas.
• Proficiency with UiPath for automation development.
• Hands-on experience with testing automated processes.
• Competency in scripting languages including Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Experience working with databases and data manipulation techniques.
• Ability to integrate RPA solutions with web and legacy applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for managing and monitoring deployed robots.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
• Background in automating Health and Human Services processes.
