Description

You will own the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, from initial design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and test automated solutions based on requirements gathered from business analysts.
• Manage small-to-medium automation projects or specific components of larger enterprise initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within complex automation processes under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels to identify technical solutions for business needs.
• Conduct independent research to drive process enhancements and resolve technical bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA or relevant technical roles.
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage the entire automation lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath, including UiPath Orchestrator for robot management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jira and automating Health and Human Services processes.
