Description

Drive the technical delivery and evolution of Robotic Process Automation solutions, from design through deployment and run support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess automation opportunities and recommend appropriate RPA solutions technically.
• Design, build, roll out, and provide run support for RPA solutions.
• Develop and review Detailed Process Descriptions (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Anticipate, track, and resolve technical issues and risks impacting delivery.
• Define and implement RPA Support, Migration, and Deployment Processes, and maintain the Bot Library.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an RPA engineering capacity.
• Hands-on experience and certification in at least two RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Extensive experience gathering business requirements and designing RPA solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and Agile project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and .Net.
• Any Graduate degree.
