What You’ll Do:
Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop)
Write and maintain Python scripts to enhance automation capabilities
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into intelligent workflows
Manage bots in production, ensuring performance, compliance, and reliability
Evaluate and integrate other platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere as needed
Stay current with emerging trends in RPA and intelligent automation
 

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in RPA and automation engineering
Advanced hands-on knowledge of Power Automate
Proficiency in Python for scripting and integrations
Experience with API integrations, document automation, and workflow orchestration
Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
 

Bonus Points For:
Experience in integrating AI/ML models into automation workflows
Hands-on with document data extraction and automation
Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint
RPA Certifications (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) – Mandatory
