Description

You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Write and maintain Python scripts to enhance automation capabilities and integrations.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
• Manage bots in production, ensuring performance, compliance, and reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate other platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA and automation engineering.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, API integrations, and document automation.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and business process analysis.
• Familiarity with UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with document data extraction and automation.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform, Azure, and SharePoint.
