Description

Lead end-to-end RPA projects and drive the development of automation tools and frameworks within the health insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage RPA projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain specialized automation tools and reusable frameworks.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and prevent escalations.
• Oversee automation workflows specifically tailored to health insurance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA project management.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath for bot development and orchestration.
• Proven track record of building automation tools or frameworks from scratch.
• Experience working within the Health Insurance domain.
• Strong client management and technical communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian projects.
• Background working in Agile environments.
